Listed prices on this website are based on you, the client, supplying Sign Solutions SW Ltd with print ready artwork. This means that you have designed everything including the layout of the item / sign.
Suitable files include PDF, AI, EPS. All files should be saved at the highest resolution possible and at least one quarter of the final intended size. Text should be converted to paths.
PROOFS
All artwork will be proofed back to you via email for you to check there has been no errors in the sending and receiving of files, this is an essential part of the ordering process and there is no charge for this.
Should you require a material printed proof (ie your artwork printed to your selected material) there will be a minimum charge of £15.00 + vat for this service, this will be quoted for and will depend on your exact requirements.
ARTWORK SERVICE
We offer an in-house design service which will be quoted according to your requirements. We offer advice on colour, logos and layout of signage.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Your products will be wrapped and despatched with our couriers on a standard next day service. All orders under £125.00 ex VAT will be subject to a standard delivery charge of £14.95 + VAT. Orders over £125.00 will qualify for free delivery. Should you require a timed delivery or a Saturday service this will incur an additional £10.00 charge.
The exception to this rule is for exceptionally large items. If your products are larger than 2m x 1m x 0.5m when packed a special delivery price will need to be quoted regardless of the value of the order.
